The P Spot/Prostate Massage

What is the "P spot"?

The term "P spot" is often used to refer to the prostate gland in men. The prostate is a small, walnut-sized gland located just below the bladder and in front of the rectum. It plays a role in the male reproductive system by producing some of the fluid that nourishes and transports sperm.

In the context of sexual health and pleasure, the "P spot" is analogous to the "G spot" in women. Stimulation of the prostate, either externally through the perineum or internally through the rectum, can be pleasurable for some men and may also lead to sexual arousal and orgasm. This type of stimulation is often associated with activities such as prostate massage or prostate milking (we will look closely at the difference between prostate and penile orgasm in a more detailed blog post).

Prostate Massage and Prostate Teasing - What Happens?

Prostate massage is a technique that involves the stimulation of the prostate gland (a walnut-sized organ located just below the bladder and in front of the rectum). While it has medical applications, such as in the diagnosis and treatment of certain prostate conditions, it is also explored for its potential to provide sexual pleasure.

During a prostate massage, a finger or a specially designed prostate massager is gently inserted into the rectum, and the prostate is stimulated with a rhythmic, massaging motion. The prostate is known to contain a high concentration of nerve endings, hence why some men often report experiencing pleasurable sensations and heightened sexual arousal through its stimulation. This type of massage can lead to a more intense and prolonged orgasm for some individuals.

Lubricant

I use a vegan, cruelty-free water-based lubricant to help make the experience more comfortable

Important things to note before you engage in a prostate massage/play:

  1. Trim and Clean the Anal Area: Trim any long hair around the anal area to minimize the risk of discomfort and ensure a smoother experience. Clean the area around the anus with mild soap and warm water. Avoid using harsh or scented soaps, as they can cause irritation.

  2. Use the Bathroom: Make sure to empty your bowels before the massage to reduce the risk of discomfort and ensure a cleaner experience. This step can be done about an hour before the planned massage.

  3. Take a Warm Shower: Please take a warm shower or bath before the massage to relax the muscles and improve overall cleanliness. Warm water can help to loosen the muscles around the anus and make the experience more comfortable.

  4. Clean the Anal Canal: For an extra level of cleanliness, clean your anal canal with your finger, using circular, gentle motions. Avoid using harsh chemicals or excessive pressure, as this can disrupt the natural balance of the rectum.

Hygiene

Cleanliness is extremely important when engaging in any form of internal stimulation. You will be required to take a shower prior to the session - as described above. I will have also showered and cleaned my hands thoroughly prior to us commencing the session. I use disposable finger gloves as well as regular latex gloves to ensure a hygienic, comfortable and pleasant experience for you. Should you request any toy play, these will have also been cleaned thoroughly with antibacterial, professional cleaning products. You may also wish to bring your own tools to incorporate into your prostate play.

If you are considering prostate massage for medical reasons, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional first.
