Back in gloomy London... for a bit

It's a but weird to think that I was away for almost a year.
A year filled with tension, beauty, travel, reflection — and a lot of learning. Pilates, yoga, new languages... and more. Learning is fun, but it can also get incredibly frustrating....
I’m back in London now, though I’m not entirely sure for how long. I’ll be in and out throughout 2026, and for now I’m here until around mid-February. Life feels kinda fluid again, and I’m letting it be that way. Letting go of expectations, going with the flow. :)
It’s been a busy year. If I’m honest, despite doing quite a bit of pilates and yoga- I didn’t meditate or do breathwork as much as I would have liked. Coming back to work full-time felt a little overwhelming at first. It was beautiful to see familiar souls again, to hear life updates, to reconnect.... At the same time, about two weeks in, my energy dipped. My brain was processing multiple thoughts per minute and it got a bit too much. It took a lovely kundalini session and a meditative sound bath with an amazing facilitator to get back on track...
These days, I try to see no more than three clients a day. Occasionally four, if someone asks very nicely and I am certain I will have the energy to accommodate— but I’m learning to respect my energy more. Self care matters.
For now, I’m here. Listening. Working. Breathing my way back into rhythm.More writing will come soon — slowly... :)
Thank you for being a part of this journey 🤍
